As the Government advice changes on social isolation we have decided to reduce unnecessary risk for our staff and work from home wherever possible. As all of our systems are cloud based this will only affect our phone line as the main line doesn't support remote access of voicemails.
Our support site is at https://gmcvodatabases.freshdesk.com/support/login to raise any tickets. We are still covering standard office hours as per contract Monday to Friday and will respond to tickets as normal.
So what do you need to do if you want to actually talk to us?
If you raise a ticket or email email@example.com to arrange a call. We will then contact you with a number you can call using https://whypay.net/ This is a free online conference call using 03 numbers, so will come out of any free time bundles or be charged as if it is an 01/02 number.
